To initiate the sales process, you can call our office or conveniently reach out to us through our website. Our friendly team will promptly respond and gather the necessary details to move forward.
Step 2. Initial Consultation
Within 1 to 2 business days, one of our experienced sales representatives will contact you. During this call, they will ask specific questions about the scope of work and listen attentively to your vision. If applicable, the sales representative will schedule a home visit to assess the site, take measurements, and capture photos. This allows us to better understand your space and provide you with personalized ideas and inspiration. We may even provide a hand-sketch to visualize the possibilities.

Next, we will arrange a sales consultation at our showroom. During this meeting, you will have the opportunity to review the design, explore material options, and discuss any desired changes. Our team will also provide a thorough review of the estimate, ensuring complete transparency and clarity.

Once the contract is signed and the deposit is made, we will discuss the next steps, such as obtaining permits, and establish a preliminary schedule.

When the time comes to bring your project to life, our schedule coordinator will reach out to you two weeks before the project start date to confirm the schedule. Additionally, two days prior to the start date, we will contact you to reconfirm all the details. Our crew will arrive on-site and begin the construction process, overseen by a project manager who will serve as your main point of contact for any changes or concerns. Upon project completion, the project manager will conduct a thorough walkthrough with you to ensure your satisfaction and obtain final approval. The final bill will be sent upon your approval. Now it’s time to relax and enjoy your brand-new outdoor living space!
